Our Blue Mountain coffee is produced under banana, Inga, mango and many other shade trees and weed control is done by hand. This protects the soil and river basins from erosion.
Our farms are the only ones in Jamaica that are certified by Rainforest Alliance and Café practices. We are aligned to an eco and bird-friendly philosophy. With our passion for environment care and sustainability, we have invested in many conservation measures such as installing a state of the art coffee pulpery, a solar system, an extensive water-recycling system, and using vermiculture methodology for pulp decomposition.
